Returns Policy

We will accept returns within 10 days of order providing goods are in the original packaging and have not been damaged or opened.

Damaged delivery – Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by email info@buildingmaterialshop.co.uk, we will reply with instructions.

Returns

It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange returning the goods to us.

Goods must be returned in original packaging, un-damaged and in re-sale condition.

Once we receive the items back, after satisfactory inspection, we will issue a full refund within 7 working days. We cannot accept returns of:

• Tinted paint.
• Discounted product or products in “SALE” are excluded.
• Products that are opened, damaged, without original packaging.
